VIRTUAL HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT

The Council's Virtual Human Resources Department, the VHRD, provides supply chain-specific HR information, tools, templates, forms, policy samples and more. It is designed in particular for small and medium-sized organizations.

The VHRD's downloadable tools can be customized for use in everyday HR functions in the areas of:

• Employment policies
• Compensation and benefits
• Training and development
• Managing performance
• Reward and recognition

Access to the VHRD requires a user name and password, which you can obtain by contacting info@supplychaincanada.org, but there is no charge to make use of any of the many resources available to you on the site.
